I was disappointed with my experience with iSmile. The doctor was very nice, but the process was very disorganized and the care was average. I would not return again. There are so many good dental clinics in the San Jose area. It’s not worth it to go all the way to Cartago for dental care. They meant well, but overall, my experience with iSmile was average at best.
